The worst company to order
I haven’t received my product. The tracker does not work no answer from the company on where the products at or how many days the product is coming from China I have been ripped off and not order anything from this site

I placed an order that two weeks later hasn’t shipped. I opened a ticket to find out why. I was told I would get a response within 12 hours. A week later I’ve heard nothing. This is my last order with this company.
Update. It has now been a month and my order has still not shipped. I am getting a canned message of it is busy season. Well of course it is and that’s why I ordered it. I paid for priority shipping which ended up being irrelevant because my order hasn’t even processed. Terrible customer service.

I ordered my item Dec 5th and still have not received anything!! I paid almost $30 and no stocking!! I’m highly upset and no one gets back to me!!? Yyyyy ??? It was a Christmas present to my grandson that he never got because of these people they wnt answer me and tell me where my item is or when I’m getting it !! Very angry!!

I bought a backpack and it took three weeks to get to me and you won’t get a response from any costumer service… UPDATE: Called customer service and they said they would make a note in there system and stopped responding over the phone for 20min. I called back a second time and when I asked them why they left me on hold for so long, they started playing snoring noises through the phone… HORRIBLE COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

Great app, good prices with the discount that goes all the way to Christmas 30th. But those shipping costs…I had a 40 dollar order and then there was 10 dollars just on shipping. And i haven’t seen anything about if you’re total is a certain number there’s free shipping which most places, Amazon etc. do. Still good and just bought some stuff that was really cute from there. Overall a 4/5!

I ordered from them on October 3rd, was told my package would be here by October 17th, it is now November 11th and no package. I spent a good amount of money for it plus their shipping price and nothing.

Vague and slow shipping
Placed and paid order more than two weeks ago. Regret it on so many levels - still haven’t received my order, was charged a weird fee for undisclosed purposes, and tracking is not helpful. Way too long to ship what is basically overpriced cardstock. Will *not* use this app or seller again.

Terrible terrible customer service experience- have sent 3 emails and it’s been 3 days and no response! Buyer beware! Better to stay away! Updated- They have finally replied 5 days after my 3 emails to them only to tell me that I’m too late in making a change request. I sent the change request 5 MINUTES after placing order not 5 days . Your guidelines state changes can be made up to 4 hours. Please don’t expect them to make anything right 😓

This is my second order from Printerval. 1st order was complete and “in order”. Rolex mugs arrived in a package that prevented breakage. Mugs look great! Let’s see if this order is just as good.
