Really easy to use

It is so convenient to use. I was able to upload a PDF document from the U.S., and my friend picked up the printed document at a convenience store. The owner at the ONSU CU store was so helpful as well!

고객센터 나몰라라 Horrible experience

영풍문고 강남점에서 서류 뽑으려고 이용햇는데 결제후에 문서가 안나와서 보니 아주 자그마하게 스티커로 문서 프린팅 안된다고 붙여놓음
그리고 고객센터 전화해서 환불요청 하니 갑자기 끊기더니 전화 연결이 불가 - 3000원이라도 이렇게 고객한명한명 돈 떼어가서 운영하는거 같은데. 환불요청 바랍니다.
Srsly don’t waste your money on it, customer service is hands down terrible, when the machine doesn’t work at some point you’ll never get ur money back. Horrible system, difficult to use, go somewhere else
