Fix the Upload!!!!
Printing quality is one of the best available for the $. But! This App is horrendous. Interface is bad (try adding different pics from different galleries to 1 order!) but the whole upload is a different story. App resents you back to top every 15 seconds if not faster and it’s IMPOSSIBLE to upload multiple photos in a bulk. App needs major revamp

Don't waste your time. Likely the worst mobile app I've ever used
I'm a software engineer. And the fact that basic authentication and session management cannot be handled correctly in this app is such a nightmare. This feels like it was vibe coded by a fifth grader.
Terrible app, great photos
I simply don’t have the time or patience to struggle with this app. It functions to enforce a rigid process. I can only do one photo at a time for tiles. I’d like to select multiple and then adjust sizes flexibly. But no. We mustn’t allow the customer to do that. Why?
Really, really buggy and bad
I really want to like Printique, but this app makes it very hard.
It is painfully buggy (from the account signup that faceplants if you dare to use Apple as a signup option, to the inability to deal with limited photos access (“select more” will not refresh after you do)), and at the time you are ready to print, does open a webpage (oh irony).
Printique, please rewrite this app from scratch - this is just embarassing.

Error screen when trying to sign in and also when trying to register.
Can't even register an account
Stuck on the initial account creation screen. Every possible input/login is just getting "Error 400: Response status code unacceptable" and it won't finish creating an account. I can't even get into the app to try it out.

Photos disappeared! Unreliable service!
My photos disappeared! There’s nothing there anymore! So glad I didn’t use this as my only photo backup. Apparently you can’t rely on this app or the service either!
Upload dysfunctional
I love your printing service and have used it for many years, however the interface on this iOS app for the Upload Photos screen is challenging at best. If you have more than just a few galleries in iCloud / iPhone photos then it is impossible to find the right one. Why can’t I sort and search a list of galleries, instead I get a single horizontal scroll in random order? Why not sort and search a list, or just use the standard iOS convention for browsing them?

App loses its mind
I went to the process of preparing an order and then went back and the entire app lost his mind and lost my order and everything I set up. This is completely unacceptable for a modern mobile application. What the heck are you guys doing? Look here’s a gift, requirement spec for outsourced team: select photos, order now, (do not lose order status), Apple Pay. Done. You get money!!! $$$ Why can’t you do this, everyone else can do it, you guys can’t do it? 2 f*g stars.

Easy upload from camera roll. Very intuitive.. and fast. And it’s all right there ready for me to print from my galleries!

Thank u printique!! Only used it once so far & im already so happy i didnt need to deal with my least favorite step of getting my photos onto my computer before I can order my prints. Now I just upload and they’re there when I log in on my desktop🙏🙏🙏 I’m going to start uploading on the go!!
