Why doesn’t tell me if the card transaction was successful it keeps telling me that my internet is slow and then I try again then when I go to check my orders tab it shows me that 8 orders are waiting to be confirmed well I didn’t know that my order went through it would be helpful if it said that my order went through. How do cancel the orders? I only want one

not my gift
i ordered a gift for someone and it went to my billing address instead my home address i sent it too. on top of that i ordered a custom photo tapestry and was sent a blank envelope with a basic design tapestry. i need my order corrected or my money back since this is right now looking like a scam :(

Ordered two bags for present one was excellent one was not so great ( quality of photo) so I emailed them no quibbling no argument they asked for a different photo produced another bag for me quick dispatch no problem using them again they really are a honest company with outstanding customer service highly recommended for beautiful personal gifts 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
