Worst app i have seen
The service is so pathetic, no one in this company is aware of their app orders; my order id is 48267 and i have been waiting for 10 days to get my refund back. Endless customer calls has resulted in nothing.
Needs only Full Access to photos
To dev: Why do you only need a Full access and not just partial access as per our requirements? For this reason Iām uninstalling. If you do not reply or take this feedback, I would also not refer to anyone as well.
Privacy is not an option
The app wants full access to the photo gallery. You canāt pick and choose what photos to share with Printo for printing. They want everything or the app will not let you proceed.

Pathetic Service
My order is pending since a week when it was promised to be delivered in 2-5 days. their WhatsApp number doesn't work and nobody picks up the call. Please get the work done by local vendors who are far more reliable. As of now I'm not even sure if my product which was prepaid will be delivered or not.

Forceful Access to All Photos
What a dumb feature to proceed only if people give access to ALL photos. where is the opt out option. Extremely annoying.
Late Delivery and No customer support
They charged me 2.5x of photo cost for faster delivery of photos.. and I called their help which confirmed that photos are out for delivery immediately BUT the vendor was extremely late.. I would not repeat mistake of relying on such platform..
Not sure why they need access to all photos
I gave the access for selected photos which I have given to print, but still they want to have access to my all photos, not acceptable

I am trying to checkout the album I have customised from last 15 days but it keeps saying uploading. And if it does upload somehow before payment it gets stuck saying āmaking sure got all your photos. Just a momentā its been 15 days since just a moment
Worst part is I am unable to create the album in your website as its only available on app and the app does not let me buy. So great product but not accessible to users.

Photos access
You are asking to give full access to photos not able to move without that
Why do you need access to full photos, when we can give access to limited photos which we need to print?

It has privacy problems
The app demands full access to all photos stating that it needs this access to intelligently create albums. If we do not provide this access or provide limited access to photos it refuses to proceed at all. The app developers should request full access only if the user actually wants to use this intelligent functionality. Several users may just want to print specific documents or photos, why should they give full access? If due to security issues in app our family photos leak out and get misused on the Internet using AI morphing software who will take responsibility? There have even been recent news reports in Bangalore about a 9th grade girl who got victimized using AI software. Responsible companies should be aware of such sensitivities.
Even Apple testers need to factor this in when giving permission to apps to be uploaded. Apple claims focus on privacy, I don't know why they permitted such app behavior.

Very Bad Print
I ordered two batch of prints one is 8*10 and 4*6.
1) The paper quality is too bad seems like photo copy paper.
2) 8 *10 I have placed 4 photos, you have sent 2 copies of 2 photo.
3 ) It was a written a minor edit can be done. You have done zero edits. Proportion was also not kept proper.
Not going to use further.

Very poor services and app
1. Very poor app, status does not get updated
2. No commitment to stated timelines, ones you see while placing order
3. Customer support is not reachable
4. If you get connected, they will share false info just to close the call.
5. No call backs even after committing to this with status update

Not great at delivery, good printing
I ordered two printouts in separate order. They delivered one and marked other order delivered as well. I am yet to recieve the product. But given I needed it on a certain date, it's worthless even if they deliver it now. Additionally when I try to reach the customer support their reply is that they have delivered, while my whole concern is that it is not delivered.
I'm not using their delivery services again. The other print that I ordered came out fine.

Too privacy invasive. Deleted it.
It wonāt run unless you give it full access to your entire photo library. This is totally absurd because it could function well and good with limited selected photos that I selected. Sure, not everyone wants to select photos but not letting users choose just makes me suspect the appās true intentions.

The app doesnt work unless you give full access ro the gallery. What a stupid way to design an app. There is no way to use the app by giving limited access to the gallery. Makes you quesrion the intention.

Pathetic Support/delivery for App orders
If you order through the app i am not sure if itās being tracked or being worked on had to follow up alot to get them work on my order and thought the app said order will be delivered in 3 to 4 days but you cant rely on that.
And they have pathetic customer support service try calling their number once you select the option the call gets disconnected
