Worst customer service in the industry
15 years I was with this company, a few complaints about customer service later and they terminated my account with them. No explanation and they won’t even answer my calls or emails. That’s how petty they are. I’ve submitted claims against them from the bbb hopefully they don’t treat people the way they treated me.

From my iPad or iPhone I am unable to check prices or place an order.

Can’t place orders or reorder. Can’t even browse products and prices.
Cool but underwhelming
I love being able to access orders and tracking information here. But that’s pretty much all you can do with it. No placing orders, access to quotes or anything else. Love the company but the app bytes!

Very limited app
Orders can be viewed only at a very basic level. But for what it does it works perfectly. I just hoped for more.
Anything shown on the app can be seen in email anyway. If there are any issues, the app is useless for resolving other than sending an email, but that can be done in email. Upload links to re-upload files can only be handled through email.
The one nice thing is being able to see a summary of orders placed with payment and shipping details.
But if this is all the app is ever going to do I’m not sure why Printograph went to the expense. A bit disappointing, but hopefully they have future plans. Personally, I would pay to have an app that’s easy to use and lets me do more on my phone. When I’m out, it’s all I’ve got, and trying to view the website by phone is painful, although doable.

I was so exited for this app but...
I am a broker with POG since 2009 so I have been anticipating this app forever. While I do like it to check my order status it is useless for anything else. I would like to, at the very least, approve my proofs so my job can move forward. I am often on the road and unable to boot up my laptop and on some projects time is of the essence. Ideally I would love to be able to actually create orders on it since the full site is currently not in a responsive format. I am hopeful though that subsequent versions of this app will address these issues.

If this app would store the password it would be absolutely perfect.
A great start for Printograph brokers and customers!
I have often wanted a way to check the status of an order without having to log in on my desktop or mobile browser. This app handles that pretty well.
Suggested improvements:
1) Enable login with Touch ID / Face ID. Or at least allow the app to remain logged in.
2) Have some support/help content within the app instead of redirecting to the browser.
It’s a great start!

Game Changer
I have been ordering with Printograph for about 4 years now and by far are the best print company to work with. This app just made life a lot easier for the all of us! I can check my customers orders from anywhere at anytime. The app is very easy to use and sleek. The app makes it very simple for everyone to use.
