Extremely Buggy & Unreliable

I purchased the 1-year plan for ₹299, but unfortunately the app has too many bugs and data-related issues.

Some of the major problems I’m facing:

* After deleting a company, it still remains visible in the app.
* After deleting an invoice, the invoice amount still appears on the customer’s detail page.
* The “Clear All Data” option in Settings does not work at all.
* There are several other bugs and inconsistencies that make it difficult to rely on the app for managing invoices and customer records.

For an app that charges for a yearly subscription, these basic data management and deletion features should work properly. Showing deleted data is especially concerning because it can lead to incorrect customer balances and financial records.

I hope the developers take these issues seriously, fix the bugs, and improve the app’s data handling. Until then, I cannot recommend this app.

Please review us once you experience the updated app. Dear Sir, Thanks for your review. Based on review of your concerns we are reviewing the specific issues reported. Also we have confirmed that clear all data is working fine. Deleted invoices stay due to gst regulations but should not count towards analytics - we will make sure of this. Similar reasons for Delete company too. We will fix the errors and get them released in next release scheduled for 18-Sep. Again, Deleting companies is little tricky due to associated invoices. Please reach out on our email for any other concerns and we will work to get your concerns resolved satisfactorily. Some of the features are due to the fact that we comply to local GST and other tax rules as per Country which may seem a little non-intuitive due to underlying country rules. Such as, GST inclusive vs exclusive, Composition scheme, feature to not allow edit of created receipts to comply to tax laws etc.

Very simple and easy to use app. Love it. Is there a way to bulk add item catalog.

Easy to setup and use

Does GST billing with HSN codes in seconds, no hassle at all. Voice command to generate invoices is a very convenient feature — just speak and it’s done. WhatsApp sharing of receipts is super helpful. Must have app for any small business owner.

Auto population of HSN and B2B register and GSTR1 are really amazing which no other app has… Can you add Telugu also?
