Terrible
What’s the point of making a printing service so confusing and unproductive. This was an option through my apartment complex. Printer will either not be found or the file will be unable to print after processing for 5 minutes.

App No Longer Functions
The app loads blank even when I am logged into it. I can see the printer for my community when I use the web version but not through the app.
Loved it
I just used the printer at ko cafe New Jersey. Great experience fast and efficient would be using it from now on to print my documents.
Impressively HORRIBLE
This has got one of the worst apps I think I’ve used in modern day history. It’s like a freakin’ 7 yr old kid did this.
Printers aren’t maintained
I’ve sent a few orders to few nearby PrintWithMe locations - it appears that the printers aren’t maintained. One location - now happened twice to me - the printer isn’t working and no one in the establishment knows what’s wrong with it or when it last worked or is projected to work again. I get it - it’s not their business - it’s PWM’s business to maintain the devices. Basically a waste of time if you’re unlucky and pick a location that says is available, then you spend your time gettin there and are frustrated and disappointed and wasting time. This could be improved! For fairness - at the locations it does work, it’s awesome to have the service.

App is terribly made
I use my phone in dark mode. The app is poorly made where the text changes to white but the background remains white when my phone is on dark mode. White on white text , unreadable. I need to switch my phone to light mode to even use the app.

Unusable app, scam service
The app will randomly close before files can upload. I’ve been charged multiple times for files that won’t print. Customer service is slow to respond. A scammy service with a broken app, you’re better off going to a FedEx store or something.
Useless and completely waste of time
It just doesn’t work. Basically a scam service! The person Johan Morales gave me wrong instructions and left without any response.
App is subpar but it works
Apple Pay failed with “something went wrong on our end”. Developers didn’t test with dark mode, some elements are white text on white buttons and therefore unreadable. No account management in-app.
The app does not work
The app will show a progress that fills completely but does not complete forever. It’s useless since it doesn’t connect/upload correctly.
Huge fan
Overall super happy with and grateful for this service! Many locations so regardless of where I am in the city I can usually find something close by. Easy to use the app and email functionality. Also customer service has always been quick and helpful.
2 things that I would like to see are being able to upload multiple documents to print through the app. Right now you have to email if you need to print multiple documents (unless I’m missing something). Also it would be nice to know if a printer somewhere is offline or down for some reason. I usually send the files before I leave my apartment and if the printer is broken where I’m headed then I have to email for a refund. Or make requesting a refund a feature. Thanks so much!

FLOP
Better off going to your trusty local library. Wasted my time, gas, sanity, and mileage driving to a few of the locations only to find out the printers were out of service even though the app stated they were active.

Super convenient and saved my before a deadline. The app works great because it shows you ALL you options!
Nothing worked
Waited 30 minutes to print papers. Tried everything and nothing worked. Ended up calling support line and they could not help either. Money was refunded
Slow
This service is unreasonably slow where I am. Took me a 30 mins to print and scan-to-email a document.
Doesn't need to exist
Downloaded the app thinking it might provide a slightly better experience than emailing the printer. Was disappointed to learn this app doesn't do anything more than a maps search can do.
