Suggested improvements
Not a bad app. A nice improvement would be if it remembered my selections when checking dates. I would select barber, select service, and then choose a date. No appointment available on that date. I would then have to reselect barber and service before choosing next date.

Won’t let the barbers make appointments from there phone needs lots of work

This is a great app with lots of great features. I have been in touch with the owner of the app as we were trying to get the app to fit our needs and Greg did just that.

Needs lot of work
The idea is great. I loved what the app promised, unfortunately it has a lot of bugs. Barbers which are on staff list in settings don’t all show in walk-ins, so I wanted to add a customer to a barber, barber doesn’t show up so useless. Screen doesn’t show all buttons so you sometimes have to go in landscape mode just for that screen.
Also, when setting up profile, address field doesn’t take a long address. Most barbershops will be in a plaza so they will have a suite number, however the field only takes about 20 characters, so if the street name is a bit long, you can’t enter the complete address.
I’ll keep checking it from time to time but won’t be using it for the shop yet. There are better ones out there.

Doesn’t work
If you click on a shop it asks if you want it to be default. Click no and nothing happens.

Don’t pass up this gem. As customers arrive and leave your shop this app updated you and customers in real-time with updated customer wait times for walk-Ins with your appointment. This is the only app I have ever seen that handles walk-Ins with appointments!!! PRIORITY also has 7 day a week phone support.
