About

The radio crackles. Your shift begins. Priority One: EMS Challenge is a fast arcade quiz set in a fictional American ambulance service. Read each dispatch, weigh three choices, and make your pick before time runs out. Build a streak, grow your multiplier, and chase a new personal best. ONE SHIFT. TWENTY CALLS. Each run draws from 48 fictional scenarios covering response priority, scene safety, first actions, and transport decisions. You start with three lives. A wrong answer or an expired timer costs a life. Reach the end of the shift or try again to beat your score. A DIFFERENT LOOK AT EMS Original artwork moves between illustrated, cartoon, and realistic styles, with American-style box ambulances at the heart of the game. MADE FOR A QUICK BREAK • Three clear choices on every call • Short, timed rounds and streak multipliers • Untimed Practice with its own best score and no speed bonus • Local high score and a shift summary • A simple tutorial, sound, and haptic feedback • Fully offline gameplay • One purchase, with no ads, subscriptions, in-app purchases, or account FICTIONAL CALLS. ENTERTAINMENT ONLY. This is an arcade game, not medical training, clinical advice, a certification tool, or a guide for real emergencies. Scenarios deliberately simplify complex situations, and game answers do not replace professional judgment, local protocols, dispatch instructions, or medical direction. Never use the game to make real patient-care decisions. In a real emergency, contact your local emergency number.
