What's New in Priority Task Manager
3.7
August 24, 2026
Adding a task is now one box. Before, using the AI meant deciding which field your information belonged in before you had finished thinking about it. Now there is a single box. Write it the way you would say it out loud, and the app works out the date, the time and the priority. "Dentist Thursday at 2, finish the budget before Friday, gym Tuesday morning" You still see exactly what it understood before anything is saved, so you can correct it in place. The full form is still there behind Details if you want to set everything yourself. Also in this version: Tasks that cross midnight. An 11pm to 2am block can now be created properly and stays on the day you meant it to be on, instead of being split or pushed to the next day. Clearer time handling. When a time cannot be read cleanly, the app tells you instead of quietly filling in a default hour. Your existing tasks, priorities, groups and streaks are unchanged. Nothing needs to be re-entered.
