Photo size is disappointing

The description does not tell you the size of the sheet that you can print. It is NOT the standard 8 1/2" x 11" photo paper. It is 4" x 6" which makes very small photos and wastes paper. This app purchase was a mistake for me.

awful and NO support

I need help because the photos cut off and a dab gets printed on a 2nd page. What good is that--a split up photo? But, there is no contact info for them on their app page, nor at their website. The itunes store should make it mandatory for app developers to have contact info, or do not let them submit their apps. I am not the type to complain about an app until I give the developer a chance, but how can I give the developer a chance when the company hides? Very frustrating !
