It reads your Apple HealthKit data — HRV, resting heart rate, sleep, and active calories — and uses a Muscle Battery system to track the recovery state of every muscle group in your body. CAMERA BODY SCAN (Pro) Use your front camera for body pose detection — PrismCoach detects skeleton joint positions via Apple Vision framework to scale the 3D avatar to your body proportions. Equipment recognition sends a photo to a cloud AI for gym equipment classification. PRIVACY On-device AI processes most queries locally with no network. With cloud AI enabled, Pro users' queries and selected training context may be sent to Synalux servers and processed by Google Gemini; profile names, email addresses, and Apple IDs are excluded. When the user explicitly submits an Equipment Scan, that captured photo is also processed by Google Gemini. A first-run privacy choice allows on-device-only AI. Core tracking, built-in programs, and Body Battery features work offline.
