No real issues
The app might be a bit simple, but it gets the job done. It has the option to load the full portal, which does not require a separate login (thank you for that).

Worst payroll app
Employer changed from ADP to this app. Must of been because it’s cheap. It’s hard to log in. It always freezes and has an error message.

Web prortal has un/pw. App has email/pw. The web portal pw does not translate to the app. The app will not accept a un, it must be an email.

I can’t get in using my correct pin, but if I try an incorrect pin it immediately lets me know, and says I only have a few attempts left! No help option. Yeah, every review is right: this app is garbage.
Locked Out
Clicked a button in the app and it got stuck loading, now every time I try to log in it stays stuck on the loading screen and nothing else can be accessed.

I agree with the other reviews. Tried multiple times to access my account through this app and get an ‘unknown error message- try again later’. App is useless at least for me. Through the web browser I can access everything using same info I entered in the app that does not work.

Cannot log in!!! Error at every log in attempt. Just deleted the app. Terrible!

Stick to the web version. The app never works, and I’m sick of trying to log in 100 times with an error message all the time.

Keeps telling me TRY AGAIN LATER after all info is correct even when it sends you your code to your phone after that step is where am asked to TRY AGAIN

QR code scanning doesn’t work at all, it’s just a black box and I’ve verified camera permissions are correct.

WORTHLESS
The app is worthless and so is the desktop site. Can’t clock in or see benefits info. The HR department sees no urgency in fixing problems and communication sucks!!

Problem
For some reason I can’t access my money from my check.. it doesn’t give me the option to transfer it or anything I’ve logged in on computer,scanned QR code, uninstalled reinstalled still no work.
Can’t Log In
When I use the credentials on the website, they work. When I use the credentials in the app, they don’t. What gives?
