Locked Out
Clicked a button in the app and it got stuck loading, now every time I try to log in it stays stuck on the loading screen and nothing else can be accessed.

I agree with the other reviews. Tried multiple times to access my account through this app and get an ‘unknown error message- try again later’. App is useless at least for me. Through the web browser I can access everything using same info I entered in the app that does not work.
Error at every log in
Cannot log in!!! Error at every log in attempt. Just deleted the app. Terrible!

Stick to the web version. The app never works, and I’m sick of trying to log in 100 times with an error message all the time.

Keeps telling me TRY AGAIN LATER after all info is correct even when it sends you your code to your phone after that step is where am asked to TRY AGAIN

QR code scanning doesn’t work at all, it’s just a black box and I’ve verified camera permissions are correct.

WORTHLESS
The app is worthless and so is the desktop site. Can’t clock in or see benefits info. The HR department sees no urgency in fixing problems and communication sucks!!

Problem
For some reason I can’t access my money from my check.. it doesn’t give me the option to transfer it or anything I’ve logged in on computer,scanned QR code, uninstalled reinstalled still no work.

When I use the credentials on the website, they work. When I use the credentials in the app, they don’t. What gives?

It’s telling me to scan a QR code that’s on my phone. How it that possible if I’m using the phone to view the message.

app requires you to scan a QR code on a different device, but the app will not let your camera focus so you can't scan and login. don't waste your time on this app, just use the browser. they obviously don't listen to review feedback as this seems to be a reoccurring issue.

Love the new app. I installed it quickly and easily. You do need to be logged into your account on a computer. Once in, works great.

Whats the point of an app if you have to scan a QR code from a browser to login? At that point, I'll just use the browser. Completely pointless app.
