I have downloaded this game almost 2 years ago or more. The first level easy, second level you can’t get all the blueprints unless you buy a package third level gotta buy a package you can move through levels, but eventually it gets to the point where unless you buy, you can’t go any further. What a waste. I’ve currently been stuck on the same level for over a year with no available progress unless I buy a package.

Non stop crashes
First round playing finished prison 1 as I cashed in blue prints it crashed reopened blueprints gone; no way to earn as all tasks completed. Deleted redownloaded; crashes every 5 minutes. I’m nearly finished level 1 again, nut it crashes back to tutorial non stop, blueprints disappear but I can’t reclaim all task rewards. As soon as I’m almost caught up crashes and back to begining with tutorial and uncashed rewards. The rooms are still completed, and such but it keeps cycling and ruining it.

Tweaks
Please make the prisoners got to the yard then shower because they shower and they already have 100% percent hygiene so there’s no benefit then they go to the yard and lose all of their hygiene also make it so they only use the punching bag if they are above a certain amount of hygiene level thanks!

Keeps freezing
I’ve had this game for years. Never ran into any problems till this recent update. The game keeps freezing and I’m having to refresh the app everytime. I thought it was my phone tweaking. So I turn off and on my phone. And still the app freezes in the game. I really enjoy this game but would really like that to be fixed please

Crashes every two seconds
I’ve been playing this game every day and it always crashes I can’t even make it past the loading screen

Game is really interactive and everything you do affects some other thing in your prison.

But unfortunately you have a big bug the freezes the game at the 3rd prison after sometime of playing it which basically forces me to close the game I can’t upgrade or get anything new so I will not recommend this to anyone by the way I have the IPhone 16
Great game
Very fun and entertaining game it is very well done and I enjoyed playing it. Although, one suggestion would be to make the riots and fights happen more often I am on the 3 prison and I have so far had not fights break outs or riots
UPDATE. I now have had riots but I have a problem where the prisoners will not take a shower I have maxed out bathroom and they will not take a shower resulting in high stress

Bad game
I was enjoying the game but after a while it started to kick me of so I just started logging on but now it just dose not let me past the loading page

I completed the prison and still don’t have enough blueprints and I am not about to spend money on it to get more
keeps crashing
i really like this game, it’s really good to just switch off and not have to use my brain for five minutes, but recently it keeps crashing and freezing my entire phone. it’s a shame because i really love this game but it makes me not want to play it because my phone seems to shut off every time and it’s only this game :( i hope it gets fixed!

After getting to the 2nd prison the game shuts down every 10 seconds or so, as others have stated I have enough storage
Pay to play
I am uninstalling the app because I have completed the space cooler and then you are stuck unless you want to spend money to be able to go the next prison. Wish it would go back to reformed prisoners instead of being a money grab game like all of the others
