Use the website instead
This app is terrible. Use the website and save your sanity, it is not perfect but much better than this app.
The app changes input in text boxes and moves input to new boxes, it tells you everything that may be wrong input but no explanation how to proceed so the input is ok.
It tells you that text boxes cannot be empty, mine were all filled!
It also will not upload a pdf, instead only photos of documents which is very inconvenient.
There is more but I have spent enough time if my otherwise good life dealing with it.

Professional care for your pets!
We have enjoyed our relationship with the PPP caregivers. Our dogs are happy and healthy every time we pick them up. I hope they find happiness as they participate in this service for pet owners. Whatever they do in the future will be molded by the work ethic experienced with PPP.
