Paid for no adds!
But still have to watch them, most of the adds won’t ever let you click out of them forcing you to back out of the game and loosing your reward. I’m requesting a refund.

First off, things are REALLY expensive if you want to buy them.
Big Glitch! The staff member who stocks items now constantly locks up and won’t move. You have to exit the game and re load to fix.
Second, I have 4 cells open with 6 beds in each, but each day I only receive maybe 6-8 prisoners. I’ve paid to open upstairs, which has another 4 cells, but there’s no point in doing it because I would never be able to fill them.
The kitchen expansion is very glitchy. You have nowhere to store your food, and each food item only has 4 in it, so you’re forever running to get new foods because they all sell out after 4 prisoners. There needs to be a pantry to store your food in or something
You need to have a lot more room for prisoners stuff too, because it’s hard to get all the items on to the racks.

It’s hard to grab everything and I’m stuck in one spot.. trying to pick up the trash and can’t uggh so annoying

I really enjoy the game however when the total is like 10.45 and the pay with card it never seems to work

I really want to like this game. It’s mindless play and I love that, the problem is with as many adds as you get stuck watching you really should be able to hire help with in game money. Having to pay actual money for everything is wack.

it’s a pretty cool game! i’ve found that i’ve started to have a negative amount of prisoners which i find odd and assume it’s a bug so hopefully it gets fixed, but it’s telling me i have -6/6 prisoners in a cell!

I paid out for the full pack of staff, not realising it didn’t remove ads too. Many of the ads crash.
Also the stockist is hit and miss as to whether he works, particularly stocking the mess hall with food.
I’ve opened every cell, but never had a full prison, often prisoners just stop arriving and I have to close the game and reopen it, also how did I get -3 inmates?!
Nobody uses the vending machine so I have a tonne of cola supplies going to waste.
Slot 3 in the inventory won’t let you place items, but if you don’t place other items the item in slot 3 will move to another slot and then you can place it.
You have to collect items into your inventory and replace them to move them. If you want to move a shelf you will lose all the stock that is on it.
My prison is Noel’s level 30, which appears to be the last level yet there is no further progression and the upgrade tree only goes up to level 8.
Reason for 2 stars is I think the game glass potential, but the developers need to do a lot of work!

Money wasted
You have multiple bugs that play against you. There are no work arounds to getting the prisoners to buy off the cart with uniforms and the stock guy fills shelf’s with random things. $33 wasted, that was my bad 🤷🏻♀️

This game is terrible. Every time I try to add new jumpsuits to the racks different products spawn randomly. Then I close the app to reset it and my whole rack is gone with the product on it. This is a waste of time to play. This has happened more and more as time goes on.
