Не використовує Apple Keychain / Passwords систему. Відсталий застосунок. Створення паролів чи авто заповнення має бути через Apple!

When I create a new smartid there is no support of Apple Keychain password generation.
When I register or login there is no support too! No password auto fill with Apple Keychain!

I can’t login to the app

When clicking on login with Privat 24, I sm redirected to browser and when I login there nothing happens. When login directly with Privat 24 Businesses I receive an error. This problem is relevant for half of the year already and nothing is fixed!

For limiting the password rules

If you care about strong passwords, then you don't need to exclude special characters and set a password length limit for SmartIDs. If you set requirements, then remove the restriction.

Widget for iOS 18

The app is good but please add a widget for iOS 18.
The old widget has just gone after updating iOS.

Widget is broken

The latest update brings a lot of cool features like document management but breaks the Exchange rate widget. The widget unable to load.

Добрий день Напишіть, будь ласка, на p24b_mobile@privatbank.ua додайте скриншот , надайте графік розряду батареї де видно, що Приват24 для бізнесу споживає її

Запомнить пользователя

Зачем убрали функцию «запомнить пользователя»? Чем это обезопасило приложение? Мне каждый раз нужно давать подтверждение входа на разных гаджетах и через каждые 20 минут. Вообще не трогали бы хорошее, сколько глюков которыми можно заняться. Служба поддержки после автоматизации перестала выполнять свои функции, уведомления носят спам характер и т.д и т.п. А насколько запутали интерфейс в приложении для физ лиц передать не могу. Не ищет по получателю транзакции за предыдущие периоды, пользуюсь ещё двумя клиент-банк и Приват стал самым сложным и путанным. А жаль...

Excellent

Got a chance to compare privatbank mobile apps with european ones. I must say that the user experience and features set are far more developed in Privatbank. 5 stars!

Love the new ui and updated user experience

The new ui is awesome: easy to use with widgets/tiles of quick actions on the main view. Bottom navigation is much user friendly that burger menu from the previous version.
I had some bug, but after the submission to the support it was fixed pretty fast.
Great job with the redesign!
