Title; Fingerprints? No privacy

Hello,

Privacy? You should check the dictionary.

You want fingerprints or face to give access to bookmarks and browsing history?

***(It’s not private if you want fingerprints or a photo of the user.***)

(***Neither are secure as they can be used to phish people’s accounts.***) Search “phishing by fingerprints” and pick out articles on phishing by educated writers. You can tell who’s bluffing by the syntax / langauge used.

Fingerprints can be obtained by zooming in, from any photo where you put your hand up with palm showing, and the face is an obvious privacy no- no. Maybe someone needs to go back to school.

Please. Don’t fall for this trap. Don’t give fingerprints or Face ID. Strong password (using 15 or more digits) generator or nothing.

This developer’s request for face or fingerprints scares me. Deleting.

Try Firefox instead. Dark screen option. Or Ghostery if you’re okay with white screens.

You don’t give any fingerprints or face for those. That’s private!

Compare; Firefox

1, No image mode; Firefox has this

2, Firefox is Free to access browsing history or bookmarks

3, vision protection mode, Firefox has a night mode option dark theme, toggle on and off.

Don’t just take my word for it, try Firefox mobile before you try this and see what you think. Free option seems safe enough to me and I’m strict about it.
