Doesn’t work anymore
Used to work great but is now obsolete. I had another private calculator years ago and the same thing happened. The developer doesn’t keep up with software updates, lets the app become obsolete and discontinues support no doubt hoping you’ll pay for a new one.
Videos no longer play
It used to be a good app but for over a year it doesn’t play any videos. I think they should update the code because I have the paid version

Great app, worked fine until ios 18 came, it crashes when lunching in ios 18

Loses critical files and photos
It seemed to work at first. But I realized that many of my photos: credit cards, passport photos are missing. And I can’t even replace them. The app won’t let me add more pix?!

No useful file search / directory navigation tools.
No ability to find folders; no search feature. For example, I have a Download folder but, it’s not an option, and I cannot get an option to locate it using this app.
If I already have Files I want to make private on my phone, the app should enable me to do that from any folder I choose, not just the near zero number of ones it wants to allow me to look in.

What can I do i forgot my password
Will not open
Try to open app it opens for 2 seconds then shuts down a joke as I have lost files close to my heart.
I love it
It has so many features that are missing from others, like the ability to save images directly to your files. There are some feature that are payed only but it's only $4 and it's worth it!
Don’t bother
Does not work. I paid for it and it still doesn’t work. I can only save one image in folder, if I try to save anymore, nothing appears!

Can you add 2 codes so that if someone asks you hiding somthing it will take you to another page instead of the private one please. Thanks

i had my password saved and knew it but it wont let me in. please add a password reset option
Don’t use it
Switched phones and now the password doesn’t work on new phone and I can’t get my photos off it
App crashes immediately upon opening
I have no access to all the things I had stored here. I’ve sent several emails asking for help. There were important passwords and personal stuff I kept there. It instantly crashes as I open it. HELP!!!!
Works again
FYI, Was only opening for a second then closing. I’d given up on it. Checked a few days ago, working like a charm. So far so good. iOS 14.3.
Not working
The app won’t stay open for more than a second. How do i get help with this?
New iOS breaks app
App no longer works with new iPhone OS!! Please fix!!! It crashes immediately after opening :(((
