No Support
I ran into huge problems with this app. I had Private Camera Lite on my old iPhone7 and when I tried to transfer it to my iPhone14 the app would not open. I then downloaded Private Camera Vault and was able to set it up but unable unable to migrate photos. I contacted Apple support and they were also unable to contact the developer. Finally the Apple rep suggested I simply reload my iPhone7 from the cloud, when I did that the app opened on my 7 and I was able to retrieve my photos and moved them to my iPhotos “hidden” file. Fortunately I still had access to my iPhone 7 or I would never have been able to retrieve these photos. In summary my advise is to always check out the developers and make sure you are able to contact them before placing any trust in their apps

Is there any support. All my photos disappeared.
iCloud on feature doesn’t work
It won’t let me turn on the iCloud sync…it will freeze and exit out once I click on it.
Photos can be accessed without password
I just noticed if I go to my “Files” app and in device storage there is a folder called provate camera which contains all my private photos with no encryption or password whatsoever.
I can’t stress enough how ridiculous this is.

Password retrieval
Haven't been on the app in a while and forgot my 4 digit password. There is no way to contact anyone to help retrieve it. If I had to use an email, I really don't know which one I used.

Worked like a charm-Not any longer
The developer needs to update the app because as of now it’s useless to store pics or video. It’s simply useless because the app no longer opens with latest iOS updates. Once was great but left untended it seems.
App went to garbage
Application worked just fine until iOS 15 came out. Developer has no contact method whatsoever to report app crashes. App will not load on any device and continues to crash. Cannot get refund because they do not have a Support channel. Remove this app and this developer from the App Store.

Update: I just upgraded from an iPhone 8 Plus to an iPhone 12 Max Pro. 1st issue, I used my fingerprint to open the app on 8. When it transferred over, the fingerprint caused the app to crash as soon as it was opened on my 12. Completely deleted the app and re-downloaded it. Turned the fingerprint on again and it caused the app to crash instantly with no way to turn it off. Again, deleted it and re-downloaded it. 2nd, the app will randomly crash for no reason. Not sure why it happens. 3rd, on my iPhone 8, you could hold the pic and got the option to make photos private or public. When they’re public, you get a little “eye” in the left corner of the thumbnail. Now I have numerous photos that are supposedly public. And lastly, when I tried to email the app maker from inside the app, my email was kicked back as not deliverable. If they fix the issues quickly, I’ll be more than happy to give them 5 stars again.

Does not work
I’ve been having trouble importing videos and photos it just keeps freezing,
I’ve tried to get app support but website and support help do not appear sites are gone . I paid for the pro and nothing works going to try to get my money back now hopefully I can do that ….

Still crash with faceid, and developper does not respond on any bug report emails.
