So bad I don’t recommend

After transferring the photo and updating my phone and the app the photo became black or the screen is black so you either fix it or I am going report you and close all of your apps so please fix it

BLACK PHOTOS AND VIDEOS

Pictured and Videos cannot be view, it’s just black and the only option is to have it deleted. Is there anyway we can unhide and recover our files? Those are very important. Please help!
