Hi, thank you for your feedback and we’re sorry for the confusion. The app offers a free trial period, and subscriptions are managed directly by Apple through your App Store account. Charges only occur if the trial is not canceled before it ends. If you believe you were charged by mistake, Apple handles all billing and refunds. You can request a refund directly through Apple here: https://reportaproblem.apple.com You can also manage or cancel subscriptions anytime in: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. If you have any questions or need help, please contact us and we’ll gladly assist you.
