“Subscription Expired”

Years ago I bought the lifetime premium access. I don’t recall how much it was at the time, only that it included features like ad free and multiple folders. Today I opened the app to ads and a warning that my subscription expired. This is an app I’ve really loved, talked highly about, and have trusted with hundreds of photos of a deceased pet I am horrified of losing. So it’s incredibly upsetting to see it fall so hard as to not honor past purchases. If I could go back in time, I wouldn’t have ever paid a cent knowing it wouldn’t be honored.
