Forgot my password and I tried everything to get it back
Most other apps offer you a chance to retrieve you password through questions or you get sent an email code, but with this app I”m unable to do anythingh
No customer service
Accidently deleted the app. When I reinstalled it everything was gone. I’ve emailed twice and no response. This is unacceptable.

Malfunction
I put 53 photos in an album in the free version. I upgraded from free to premium. Tried to add a couple photos, and it says storage limit reached and shows the upgrade screen. Even though I already upgraded and paid! No response to my email for help.

Forgot password Help
I’m not sure how long it’s been since I’ve logged into this app. I can’t remember the passcode or the steps I took to generate my code. Is there anyway that I can recover this or do I have to keep guessing?
How to use new version?
App FINALLY updated to this Private Vault -Store Files app but I can’t remember how to use it. Are there instructions? Did all of my previous stuff save? What to do?
Files not recoverable
App finally updated and deleted all of my files. I upgraded to premium to try and recover what was moved into trash, but it doesn’t work. Whenever I go into trash, it just keeps asking me to upgrade even though I already have.
Bad
Like so many others since iOS 18 this has morphed from private calculator to private vault and I’m locked out. No warning and no support. Support link in App Store goes to a basic landing page. I’m equally unimpressed with Apple for allowing this.
Bad Experience!
I subscribed to this app when it was secret calculator and relied upon it to store private files including passwords. It has now become private vault after the IOS 18 update and I can no longer access any of the files as the app keeps crashing. My only hope is that the developer will update the app so that I can regain access to my files, but based upon other reviews, this seems unlikely. Based on my experience, I recommend that you do not use this app under any circumstances.

Terrible Update
Had this app since 2016. Had so many photos on here and recently it was finally updated to support newest IOS version and when it was updated, it completely erased all of my files I had previously and there’s no way for me to recover them either. Truely upsetting and terrible that it’s still on the app store. Id give 0 stars if i could.

Changed the whole premise of the app
I've had this app for years, when I got it it was an app that was named as a calculator and functioned as a calculator until you input your code to access the secret part to store your photos and files and whatnot. The whole point was it was a SECRET app disguised as a calculator. Now you've changed it so it's just an obvious place that you're storing stuff, that takes away the whole point of why I had it. App needs update
Please update thus app to work with new iso for iPhone 15. All my photos and videos cannot be accessed at this time.
