Accidently deleted the app. When I reinstalled it everything was gone. I’ve emailed twice and no response. This is unacceptable.

I put 53 photos in an album in the free version. I upgraded from free to premium. Tried to add a couple photos, and it says storage limit reached and shows the upgrade screen. Even though I already upgraded and paid! No response to my email for help.

Tengo problemas con su aplicación “Prívate Vaul” la cual anteriormente tenía otro nombre “calculator private”. Soy usuarios de la aplicación desde el 7 de octubre 2014 y ya no me deja usar la aplicación a pesar de haber pagado la suscripción anual. Mi mayor preocupa es que al parecer mi información fue borrada.
