Not fair

I downloaded this app as it was free. I stored my passwords, than all of a sudden, I can’t see the passwords because it says I have to pay for it. That is not right! I would not use it, if I know that will happen. Pls. unblock it for me to move my passwords to another free app. and I will delete the app. Ty
