It is basically being blocked all over and forces extra captchas and restrictions when enabled. It no longer connects over 4g or 5g so without wifi you will not be protected. I would cancel today if i didn't pay for the year like a dummy.

Standort Deutschland funktioniert seit Monaten nicht. Entschuldigungsmail erhalten, mit der Ankündigung einer Kompensation, aber passieren tut nichts. Bei anderen Ländern wählt er sich auch nicht ein (gerade in Ägypten). Rausgeschmissenes Geld! Nie wieder!
VPN app crashing
So, have been using this app for over 3-4 years now and starting recently, it’s been crashing. So here’s my experience. I would tap on the app on my iOS 26.2 and it would act like it was opening and then stops. I have to tap it at least 3x before the app would open up. What gives?! Is it not 100% compatible with iOS 26.2?

VPN are disappearing!
I used private VPN since years, but since last summer multiplen VPN Locations disappeared. In particularly the Italian one and last few months also no server located in Germany. So at least these were the two I used mostly and they are not available. No way to get money back and support is not even informing customer if some servers are removed.

Seit 2 Monaten ist für unseren Account kein deutscher Server mehr verfügbar - das macht diese App für uns unbrauchbar .. mehrere E-Mail Anfragen beim Support blieben unbeantwortet - Im Chat wurde auf interne Probleme verwiesen - eine Lösung gibt es scheinbar aber nicht - das Problem besteht weiterhin und das Abonnement hatte sich gerade verlängert. … es kommt weiterhin keine email - kein Vorschlag wie es weitergehen kann … Ich bin enttäuscht und habe Gerald verschwendet …

Hard to connect
Very difficult to connect in China.

App hasn’t upgraded in years and his not useful anymore
I can find a lot of other vpns that wont automatically disconnect and reconnect you. This app is a major disappointment. I am always stuck waiting just to connect, no servers work on amazon, and it’s not close to as fast as others to download and surf the web.

Better make sure this app works in your country before paying, otherwise you’ll pay just to find out you’re unable to connect. I couldn’t recommend you find another VPN more.

I have made a complaint that the server is not working 3 months ago and still they have not solved the issue or refunded the amount. The customer service just keeps on saying we are working on it. Even after one year they will keep on saying this. I would advise stay away from this
