Unfair
They say it’s a first come first serve. But they select who the facility asks them to select. Plus the pay for the amount of work we do isn’t fair. If anything, being on staff pays better.

A rep showed up to my cna class and begged us to sign up, talked about how they’re expanding, growing a lot, opening multiple locations, etc.
Jumped through some hoops signing up only to have them say that they don’t do business in my state… frustrating.

Not like it use to be
When you click the shifts it says someone has already pick the shift just as fast as they come to your phone it says sorry shift is field. If your looking for a contract cna job please try another app
Poor set up, can’t get any shifts
This app is a complete failure. Don’t waste your time if your an ‘independent contractor’. Not successful for Detroit area. I think a computer or temp service steals all the shifts. Not a level playing field. This app and concept made me feel like a complete failure and wasted my time.
