Purchases Vanished
I purchaed the add on packets and they vanished. Deleting app
Started out great...
But since I got my new phone, it won't restore my purchases (I bought everything). It says there are no purchases to restore. If I could get all my tracks back, I would give it 4+ stars
Purchases gone!!!
This app used to be great, but after buying a new iPhone and reinstalling this, the app has a “restore purchases” button, but when I press it, it says I have no purchases to restore. I bought every track available on my old phone and now I can’t access them. Avoid this app. There is no support and they stole my money.

The guy used as the cover has a really bad wig on. It’s like a rats nest or he thinks he’s Ritchie Blackmore. He honestly looks like a troubled little boy.. please remove I can’t stand this app if it has his face on it
Crashes
App crashes and won’t open. I have an iPhone 12 with iOS 15.2. Worked fine the other day but failed to work now. App support does not open either. Quality of tracks are excellent but do not recommend downloading this app. No good if it doesn’t open. Definitely no good if app support is not functioning.
Not able to get the tracks packages I purchased since I changed the id reference on my iPhone and iPad. Have no way to contact the developer. To bad because the tracks are high quality but the track store aspect for this app needs to allow for id changes. Again I do not recommend getting this app. It is like the developer just wanted to make $$$ and not support the product.

This App Doesn’t Work
When I first bought the app it was great, but every time I get a new phone it fails to restore my purchases correctly. I own almost all of Marks products, but the app will not restore them. This is a shame, because Mark has some really cool jam tracks and lessons I would like to practice with. Until these issues are fixed, I would suggest not to buy this app.

Where are my purchases that I paid for?
No purchases show up. I uninstalled then reinstalled but every time it just says no purchases to restore. I’ve bought every track and still nothing. The developers don’t update this app and there is no response from them.

8/5/21 Update - Just goes to home splash screen then nothing. Uninstalled and reinstalled no help. App Support link goes no where. Dead on iPhone and iPad
I am still new to playing guitar (about a year). This is a great app for practicing what you’ve learned and actually playing with a real band and not just a MIDI. Their support is great too. When I first downloaded I could not access and purchase additional tracks. I emailed and within minutes they replied and advised there was a problem. Later that day they fixed the problem and offered a bundle for the trouble. Very impressed and highly recommend.

After required upgrade the app always crashes and will not open.
Please do a new version.
Neglected
Basic functionality is good, and pricing is reasonable for the packs. But this hasn’t been updated in 2 years and it shows: several of the tracks I bought don’t display any chords while playing, or the wrong chords.
Would also love to see longer tracks like whole songs rather than short sections.
Still use this occasionally but have mostly moved on to other offerings like Jamzone

Good idea, but needs more attention to detail.
Tuning is not stable across all keys (or even main Blues guitar keys like E/A/D/B/G/C/F/Bb)
Paid for extra track “The Bill Isn’t Gone” and chart was incorrect. Chart gas bIV maj7 to V7 at measures 9/10, in reality the blues is simply a minor i-iv-v with v-iv at 9/10. Track is cool, but squiffy tuning and not what is written.

This one works
I have tried many of these apps. None worked easy for me, some even had the drums way off time. I have played professionally for over 50 years and I am picky. This is the best one I have found. Works so smoothly. Very well thought out. The only thing is that I wish there was more country tracks but the tracks you can get are great for practicing your chops. And it is fun and that is important because that’s why I play guitar in the first place.

Fantastic But!
After a few years of using Pro Band i had to rebuild my Ipad ver2 from scratch only now i can not download all my prepurchased backing tracks the only option is to buy them. Not Good!
Nickel and dime to death
This app has the potential to be amazing. The screen shots show pretty much just what I’m looking for. You have to pay to use each feature and then once you pay for that, you have to pay for each backing track.
Good quality tracks
For some reason this doesn’t work with AmpliTube or jam up on my iPhone or iPad the sound from the tracks is great but I get no sound from my guitar
