I purchased this program a month or so ago.
I purchased the VIP upgrade however it would not activate dispute the usual corrective actions.
I contacted support over three or so emails and yesterday was contacted to advise that the problem has been fixed.
I have confirmed this and am now enjoying the VIP features.
The app looks great and I highly recommend it.
