Doesn’t connect

Literally does not even work. Took it fresh out of the box and even changed the battery. And the app does not connect nor seem updated . Not sure what to do with this knock off tile now

App and device do not work

Poorly manufactured device for a poorly made app. Broken English (when English actually exists! Half the initial set up is in Chinese) and it is unable to connect to either of our phones. To top it off, once you find the support email (the only way to contact them!) and email the company, THE EMAIL BOUNCES!! No app support, Duet device literally breaks in your hand, and all around poor quality. I’d give this 0/5 stars if I could. DO NOT BUY, DO NOT USE!!
