I’ve been reading this magazine since years before there was a pwi 500!!!!!
It’s a scam
Please don’t buy anything from this app. I excitedly bought 4 issues from here hoping to have a good time reading. When I go to open the magazine however, all I’m given is a black screen. I’ve tried just about everything I could to get this app to work but nothing. I’ve restarted my device, opened and closed the app, reinstalled the app, I went on a different device to see if something works, I used 3 different web browsers, and I have yet to see the first page of a magazine which I payed money for. Do not make the same mistake I made.

Can’t cancel
I was wanting to order the actual magazine but ended up only getting the online downloadable version. App shows no way to cancel.
No back issues
The fact that this app doesn’t let you access the back issues is utterly ridiculous. Doesn’t warrant a purchase in my opinion.

I got a new iPhone, and I cannot read any issues of the subscription. Only the cover and banners load, no columns or pictures load at all.
Awesome app but need higher res photos
I’ve been a long time print subscriber and while nothing beats the experience of holding a magazine, I decided to buy a digital copy. The text is crisp clear, the images unfortunately are not. I have a 2017 iPad so it’s not my device. Also I do like the idea of linked videos in the articles, but most of the links don’t work or have been taken down. The ones that do work are terribly low quality uploads by random YouTubers. The articles are what I’m here for, and I hope they figure out how to upload higher images. I would love there to be an option for dual subscription (Print+Digital). Keep up the great work!

Constant crashing
I have a brand new 2018 Ipad and I love the app when it does work, and I have a subscription, but I can’t even look at the latest issue since it won’t even load up it just opens then immediately crashes and closes

Major problems here
I bought two issues, with the latest update, and neither display at all. Just a loading circle. I would like my 8 dollars back or an update to the app. This is ridiculous.
iPad app doesn’t update
The iPad version of this app doesn’t update, customer service stopping answering you when they’ve gone through all the obvious steps- feel like I’ve been conned out of £15 for a subscription
