Worst DVR ever. Don’t buy it
They’re not bothering putting any work into this don’t waste your time
You would think they would spend some time to make their app better to look back at events and things like that. It is so bad don’t waste your time. Get a better DVR.
Worst app ever
All of a sudden, this app won’t let me use the playback feature. It jumps back to the beginning of playback. It’s useless FIX IT!!
Useless
Since this app was changed, I have been unable to access any of my cameras. Going to the developer’s website produces nothing. They have support button, but there is no way to reach live support & no instructional manuals to review. Apple should not be allowing this app to be sold on their website!!

Buggy
App is very buggy. Haven’t seen an update to address all the issues this app has. It really is a shame as I think it could be an awesome app.
No events since I switched apps
Switched apps and now half my cameras get no events and record nothing.

“Please add Loitering Detection to the Events search filters. It’s already available as a configurable notification type in the app, so it should be searchable as well.
Also, please allow users to choose the notification sound/ringtone. iOS supports this, but the app seems locked to a very quiet default alert.
In Customized Audio, please add the option to upload .wav files in addition to recording. iOS supports file uploads, and having only a record button is limiting.
Lastly, the Searchable Events date picker often shows a date one day in the future. I’m also seeing AM/PM inconsistencies—some morning events are labeled PM and some evening events show AM. If you check the morning notifications, you’ll see a few marked PM, and vice versa.

Under the "Events" Searchable filter, please add loitering detection. It doesn't make any sense that it's not there since you have it as a configurable notification method within the app. also, please add a way to change the notification ringtone iOS provides that ability, but you have this one locked to a very low sounding alert. also in the app, please add a way to upload WAV files within the customized audio section. It makes no sense that you have a silly record button, but no upload option especially when iOS offers that ability. in one last thing, take a look at your searchable events, tab and fix the date portion part it actually lists a date that is one day into the future. Also, I noticed that the timestamps are not fully correct and the search index they show a time stamps where there should be p.m. timestamps and they show p.m. timestamps where there should be a.m. time stamps. All you have to do is just look at all your event notifications and home all the ones in the morning and you'll see some of them will show p.m. or look at some of the ones that are p.m. and some of them might show a.m..

No Plugin for a Mac
Unfortunately, they don’t play well with Apple’s iMac. There is no plugin yet for the iMac, to get all of the functions.
