Connects to prober but shows no Bluetooth connection and 0 battery when it’s fully charged leaving it unusable
Bluetooth issue
Worked great for the 3 or 4 times. Now it won’t connect via Bluetooth. I’m able to ‘bind’ the device to my phone but when I eject the probes to connect via blue, nothing happens! So now it seems like a worthless box. DON’T PURCHASE ONE!

I purchased this wiz-bank technology to replace my trusty dusty $12 thermometer. As soon as I pushed it into the meat i had put into the oven 10 minutes before, it read from 0 to 185 in 4 seconds! This doesn’t seem right, said I, so thrusted tired ole trusty, and he read 85. Weird!!!
Worked one time then stopped.

Won’t connect
Can pair but doesn’t do anything else, blank screen. Sent one back hoping just bad one, 2nd one has same issues.

Doesn’t connect to iPhone 16
As the title says, it worked fine on my 15 plus. Upgraded to 16 plus and now it doesn’t connect after attempting to use.

Doesn’t connect to Bluetooth with the iPhone 16 I had to purchase a different brand meat thermometer. Worked great up until then.
Works with bugs
Maybe I’m doing something wrong, but there’s an implication that it can estimate how long is left in your cook. That feature has never worked for me. It also loses connectivity every 30 seconds, so while it works in it’s mostly basic sense, it’s not a super great app… yet. An update or two could probably bring it up to 5 stars.

There are two other not so great review about app difficulties but mine worked great! Super easy to set up and no issues cooking. Might need to update it if there are bugs
Worthless
Used it once and it was fine. After that, it would note charge or connect to Bluetooth. Emailed customer service with no response. Can anyone help?
Doesn’t work and no customer support
Downloaded the app for my iPhone, however, there is no dashboard. It connects to the thermometer, but there is a blank screen, and no way to set up or configure. Sent two emails to the support line and no response.
Works ok
App works ok but would be better if it integrated with notifications and pushed alerts out
