ProBooks SEF turns an iPhone or iPad into a compliant fiscal cash register for Kosovo. It is the mobile companion to the ProBooks MiniPOS till, built to the ATK electronic fiscalisation rules (SEF, Chapter IV). Ring up a sale in seconds, print or share a fiscal receipt, and keep selling even when the network is down — coupons are queued locally and sync automatically the moment you are back online. KEY FEATURES • Fast sale screen — search the catalogue, adjust quantities, apply line and invoice discounts • Barcode scanning — EAN-13, Code 128 and QR, straight from the camera • Fiscal receipts — Albanian-language fiscal coupon with NUIKF, daily coupon number, VAT breakdown (A/C/D/E) and the fiscalisation QR code • Never blocked — sales continue offline, without a subscription check, and with a wrong device clock; the app only warns • Thermal Bluetooth printing — connect a nearby BLE receipt printer (58 mm / 80 mm), or share the receipt as a PDF and show the QR code on screen • Refunds, voids and receipt copies, approved with a manager PIN • Daily Z report, coupon history and CSV export • Multiple operators — offline PIN login with per-operator permissions • Tamper-evident audit journal with hash chaining and local verification • Specialised receipts — taxi meter and fuel dispenser layouts • Albanian, Serbian and English interface; the fiscal receipt is always printed in Albanian HOW IT WORKS Pair the device with your ProBooks business using an XXXX-XXXX pairing code generated in ProBooks web and valid for 15 minutes.
