Not a functional app

Sorry, but this is very poor app. Not complete, not reliable.

Site down!

This site has been down since the earlier part of this year and there is no support!!! I am unable to retrieve my data or even get assist. I sent multiple emails and no response. This is very unprofessional for a physician to leave the site in this condition....I hope he doesn't treat his patients in such a poor manner!
Apple please provide responses to our request for assist on how to retrieve our data....loss over a year of procedures!!! I have sent multiple requests to Apple and received No Response. I don't know which is worse Apple or the owner of the App, I think both at this point!

Recourse?

Obviously the site is down. I've lost all my procedures for the year. What recourse do we have?

Everything lost

Lost all data, does the website even exist anymore? So what Mr Bansal. Your ap has lost thousands of people's procedures and you pulled the plug and ran off? Apple should sue you

Website is down!

Just went to put in another procedure and the freaking website is down, so I can't even access my old procedures. Please fix this
