This app allows me to approve almost everything that my sales team does. Also the best way for other teams to include me in their initiatives. Bow that one off tasks are available, I can also shoot tasks off to people as needed.

Process Management made EASY! It is wild how much time and bandwidth I save by being able to rely on Process Street. I especially love the processes that are annual and just run in the background, and I don't have to remember to run them myself!

Process Street is in my top 3 favorite apps of all time and will always be a core tool in my tech stack. I’m big on designing operations to be smooth and scalable, so over the years I’ve tried numerous ways to rig up various tools for process management, but it always felt overly complicated. When I found Process Street it was such an exciting moment - it does exactly what I needed for years and is truly the software I always wished existed!

Massive improvement
Massive improvement over the previous app. This new version allows me to edit workflows ok the go now as well as complete workflows too.
The push notifications help me keep on top of my tasks now which is a bonus!

Needs updating to be as good as the web
Right now, saving a link to your home page as a web app works better than the native iOS app, but the downside is links to Process St will open in the default browser. The iOS simply needs to be brought up yo date with their mobile web version.
IOS App does not sync to web app
Great product, and I would love to give it 5 stars, but the iOS app will not update with the new templates or the scheduled workflows I out in place.
Using this on mobile is a huge part of my plan for this product and it simply doesn't work right now.

Great to keep on top of workflows while on the go
For companies that use Process Street to design and run company processes, this new mobile app keeps them in key workflows even when they aren’t at their desk. The app has a clean look, and distills what a team member needs to do to keep a process moving forward.
Nice Start
I purchased process street over some of the competitors because I needed an iOS app for notifications. This app is a nice start but has a few bugs (refresh, text not displaying properly in bulleted lists, etc). It is also missing basic filtering capabilities (show me just tasks and not checklists). Also I would love to just get notified on new tasks that I can complete now (when assigned to a checklist it tells me ALL the tasks I have but many of them are blocked based on stop tasks). If they can fix these issue than this will be 5 stars!
