Needs Improvement
We love Proclaim, and the remote app has been great, but lately it has not been working as it should. If there are multiple screens on one slide it will only allow me to go to the first screen from my iPad. It only does this some of the time (now, most of the time) which adds to the frustration. I never know if it’s going to work until I get up front to preach.

I wish it had a better view to control slides than carousel view. And they should also identify slides with verse numbers, chorus, etc...

The desktop installation version works very well and is light years head of what we used to use, no complaints there. But seriously, make slides editable on the iOS app! This ability has been available in nearly every other program for how many years now, and I still have to install a full-blown program on a desktop computer? Time to join the 2000s…

Crashes every time
I just bought a new iPad and I tried to use the remote and every time that I try to sign in, I tap the sign-in button and the app crashes. Please fix

Needs a rebuild.
In 2020 we were forced to leave Proclaim to use pro presenter for its Live streaming capability. We’re returning back to Proclaim, but are very disappointed W/Remote control app. Would be better if it mirrored the desktop. Colored coordinated;verses, chorus, Bridge, etc. Easy to get lost swiping left, and right during songs if there’s any changes made in real time. Were a semi-remote Church and unable to wire in desktop in back so we rely on apps/iPads UI24 etc.. It has some great features, but

Great concept but lacks stability
The concept is great but sometimes the slides don't load on my phone even with local connection

Used this 2 years ago and at first the app didn’t work but recently downloaded it and it makes running the slides easier and allows me to take care of more of our media 5 stars

The idea is very cool, the program is very cool, BUT DEVELOPERS HEAR US you can do it faster to switch slides, thank you, may God bless you
“Needed” Additions
This app would be great, however I may be asking for a lot here. I think this would be even better if it had the ability to add things like scriptures or photos. I understand songs and videos may be difficult as you almost need a computer to make the necessary changes to them. Bible verses and photos are simplistic however. 3 out of 5 for now until this happens.

Does not load all the slides
Does not load all of the slides even if I have everything synchronized from the computer.
Needs lots of testing
We chose Proclaim due to it having an app, allowing the person controlling to see what is ahead. We have been using this app now weekly since July 2023. In that time we have had issues with it syncing to the presentation as well as four occasions where the app did not show all the slides. When checking the computer all the slides were intact. I have submitted support requests, with video and photo evidence, but support just say they cannot replicate, therefore the implied message is it is not their issue.
They have moved to regular updates on the computer version and I find these seem to create issues with the app.
The app should have the ability to put a presentation on air, as well as providing volume control.

Editing in remote app not available?
Would like an easy way to edit screens from within the remote app.
Great Concept but disconnects OFTEN
The remote app is great as I know the timing of my sermons and slides. The Tech booth LOVES the concept of me controlling my own slides BUT THE APP DISCONNECTS OFTEN and is not reliable. I have my iPad and iPhone on standby and even these will not be allowed to connect, or they get kicked out with an “error” slide, and the Tech team has to stay on their toes to take over which is becoming a regular practice.

Not Same as Desktop
The app works just fine as a controller, but I am curious, do y’all have an app that is similar to the one for desktop? I have since switched over to using iPad only and now I cannot edit slides in collaboration mode with fellow church staff. Is there in alternative to this issue? I could really use help.

Would Be Great If It Worked Reliably
I’ve never been able to rely on this app because it fails to connect of looses it’s connection so often. I would love something like the Keynote app for my iPad that allows me to control my presentation with confidence. When you’re in front of 300 people running a service, there isn’t room for app crashes or loss of activity. The only thing I use this for occasionally is to look up a slide in advance using the Follow feature, but even that isn’t always reliable. This basic level of dependability would be necessary for me to seriously use this app. Next level would be to let me edit slides from my iPad (as I can in Keynote). My iPad is my main computer. It would be great to not have to run to my Mac just to make a small edit to a slide.

Editing Support
This app has been a saviour when it comes to wireless functionality and on the go notes. I think it’s time to take this app even further with editing capability.
It’s 2023. No more do we exist in the era of iPads being used to view pictures. They are now becoming powerful tools that professionals are using across the globe. I really would love to see support for editing either on a different app altogether, or a modified existing version.

The remote apps rarely work. If the remote app doesn’t work correctly then why is the church having to pay for the program
