Worst proctoring device ever
Total garbage, had to buy a new computer. Now the app won’t even work. It’s impressive on how terrible the coding is on this.

I don’t usually write reviews but man this app needs to be revised ASAP. Had an exam scheduled just this app to take an hour to fully open, not only that but once the exam started my screen froze which had never happened before. I was told it was my connection which wasn’t true at all my internet was at full speed. If you’re taking an exam try to take it in person it will save you so much time and will be less stressful!

UTTER GARBAGE
This system and its user support are a complete and utter joke—unprofessional and a total failure. It’s not convenient at all, and for CLEP to charge $30 for this mess is unacceptable. It was a complete waste of time. First, you need a Windows system, which I had. Then, they ask you to scan your room with your phone—which I also did. The proctor then asked about my computer’s RAM, which was 12GB. They asked if it was a work computer. It wasn’t, but I mistakenly said yes, not knowing that it wasn’t allowed. It was actually my mom’s laptop—I’m a Mac user, so I borrowed hers. Just because I said it was from work, they didn’t let me take the test.

Usless App
Trying to get test ready and took me 3 hours to set up can’t scanning app on the computer so I couldn’t take my test .DO NOT waste your time and money on this and careful with tech support they going to your computer go throw all the files you have but they can’t even help you scanning app because it’s not working on first place.

Trash app
It took me 3 hours just to get approved, my Mac started lagging and glitching every second. My Mac battery got so hot that I had to reboot everything before it burns down. Take the exam in person, don’t even spend your time stressing out over this software. For the test, It been over 1.5 hours and I can’t even start my exam. Who built this app? Glitches and bugs everywhere. Humber should be ashamed of using this trash software.

Awful exam watchers
I don’t know why humber college of Toronto uses this program for virtual exams. Their exam watchers stuck in unreal matters. They only make stress and pressure on the students.
Worst proctor software ever
Worst proctor software ever.. it took 45 minutes to start my exam. Then software was frozen about 20-30 minutes in the middle of the exam.
0 Star. Insane and horrible team producing this App.
Shame on HUMBER COLLEGE who’s using this software and not improving even after immense negative feedback. You don’t deserve to earn (steal) money from students like this.

the worst thing ever
this app almost made me quit my program its absolutely awful and i start most of my exam of the verge of tears. i hope you go out of business and that canadian colleges find a canadian program to use for exams

It’s pathetic that ANY organization uses this system. All previous claims hold true.
HORRIBLE USELESS APP
It’s an embarrassment to Humber College in Ontario and other professional colleges to use a software like this. I haven’t come across one person who has anything positive to say about Proctortrack. It’s so inefficient and never works as intended. If you thought you were stressed about the contents of your exam, don’t be - you should be more stressed about using Proctortrack. Just be prepared to start your exam at best 30-60 minutes after your scheduled time.

If I could rate this app a zero I would. After communicating back and forth with support for over a month I was told that I need a new phone and laptop for Proctortrack to work.
I have a brand new iPhone 16 and have always used my company laptop without issue. All of the sudden Proctortrack comes into play and I’ve had nothing but issues on a number of computers. These exams are stressful enough but Proctortrack makes things a million times worse.
I missed an exam because I couldn’t get this absolutely useless program to work. I hope Proctortrack has $150 to refund me if Humber doesn’t.

Terrible technical experiences every single time. Creator should be sued for mental deterioration. Just AWFUL!!!!!!!
God awful
How does any organization use this program? Absolute joke of a system. Web interface barely works on my computer then they tell me I need an app which doesn’t work either! Bug after bug after bug! Can’t even get past the room scan, just an infinite recording I can’t stop.
If they ever get a recording of my room scan they will be hearing my screams of frustration after 2 hours of trying to get it to work

absolutely the worst app I have ever worked with . Left me crying or shaking before every exam! Absolutely terrible. -100 stars for customer service -100stars for convenience.
