Okay so I literally loved my username so much that I have it on every thing even my rating! But you have so much festivals and I just couldn’t keep up! And this membership thing has to stop. Love it but some complaints
I used to play this game ALL the time in school- like everyday and it’s a core memory. I recently downloaded it again because my brother wanted to try it out. The animations are still great and the idea is way ahead of its time. Unfortunately, a lot has changed. It’s hard to play for free and while in the past having a membership gave you tons of perks, it was still super fun and enjoyable playing for free. I was already uneasy watching my brother play and some of the things you need a membership for, but I really got irritated when he couldn’t level up his pet anymore without a membership. That’s just taking advantage of children wanting to learn by playing a game. Other than that it’s still a great game! And honestly, if you have the money go for it, but for free players… you might have to try something else.

No way of cancelling
I have tried repeatedly to cancel my subscription that I signed up my son for during Covid. I am being charged a very expensive annual fee which I have tried and failed to cancel despite following instructions given. I have been in touch with their customer service and still nothing. I may need to take this to the small claims court because I’m shocked how hard it is to cancel. This is not a small sum of money.
