Can’t even tap on the reviews to see what they are
I would like to try the app out before paying for it, to see if it even works. deleting now

Thanks for your feedback. We’re sorry for the confusion. Currently, new accounts receive free credits upon sign up so you can try the app before purchasing a subscription. There’s no need to pay upfront just to test how it works. We’d love for you to give Product Plus another try, and we’re here if you need any help.
