Shockingly Awful
Imagine trying to use a massive desktop app on your phone with HORRIBLE responsive design. That’s what you have here. This app has more issues than sports illustrated. We want to like this app soooo badly but my god it is awful. In 10 minutes you will lose count of the formatting and scaling bugs you encounter. Windows open over the top of each other. Things don’t scale or come into view. Text and buttons are sooooo small the app is very very difficult to work with.

Good features, bad app
I really would like to like this app, it provides a lot of good functionality.
However, the interface is quite horrible and frustrating to use. It feels like a bad implementation of a browser app. These bugs cause considerable extra time and frustration in workflow (not very Productive).
A few things that need fixing:
* Selections in the interface are haphazard, you select something to delete it and something else gets deleted. You try and position the cursor somewhere in a comment and then text inserts somewhere else when you type. It’s as if they’re manually handling the selection location and only considering the most basic use case.
* Previewing images in the app – can’t be done, so it opens in a new browser window, breaking all connection, costing time and just adding to general confusion
* Links in the interface are difficult to use – using a graphics tablet seems unworkable, so I need to switch to a mouse
* No control of font sizing within the app
* Logging-in in a browser opens the app. Continuity of experience is generally poor and frustrating.
Having migrated from BaseCamp a few months ago, I find the app experience drastically inferior in Productive. This isn’t to say that some of the features aren’t very good, but the interface causes a lot of frustration in my workflow.
The experience is somewhat better in the browser, however switching to tasks in browser tabs requires higher overhead than switching between apps.
Really hoping they might address some of these issues.

Great Team. Great App
