Added local notifications for Goal completion.Added a default connection to a Proelio Health Administrator. Added the ability to retake the initial health screening. This can be found under the "Settings" menu. Moved most server-side calculations to the client. This should fixed many issues related to delay in server communication. Fixed an issue where history graphs would crash the first time the account uses the app. Fixed an issue during onboarding where a user could not enter a "0" into the inches field.
