This app is a game changer!!! My son truly love the sport of basketball as he play it daily; however, he unfortunately lacks direction from a professional training coach.
REMEDY: We downloaded this app! Thanks to ProElite, we can save time and money by eliminating a basketball personal trainer for the upcoming summer. Grateful to ProElite, he is now receiving a high level professional training, without time and location limitations, and most improbably at his own cadence,
We love the variation of workouts and drills sharpening his crossover dribbling skills, in conjunction with the metronome in music which increases his rhythm, tempo and pace.
Furthermore, there’s a social media type of platform within this app! It grants users to follow friends, obtain followers and tally scored points. We can monitor social interaction and visibility with his friends trainings, scores and activities. This is definitely advantageous for the ultimate competitive athlete!!
My only con is the inconvenience of manually exiting each drill screen in order to advance on to the next rep - sort of hindering a consistent flow. Suggestion: Perhaps develop an auto-play function with an optional timed delay and incrementing a countdown timer, to prevent touching the screen until the entire level is complete.
Nevertheless, the science behind this app seems innovational! My suggestion… download your ProElite Training app immediately… while it is free! I assure you skeptics that you will be pleased with this apps overall functionality as it is user friendly.
