Will no longer open on Iphone11 pro or Ipad pro?

I think its time they did an update! Im running most current OS on both devices and can no longer even open this app, which I pay $99 for yearly!!!
Ive contacted support twice and still no fix. Only work around is to open in safari. Please update apps!!! It been over 2 years?
