Can’t access the app
As soon as we sign on to the app it crashes. Have not yet been able to actually use it. Very disappointed kids here

The concept is great but audio doesn’t work! My son is pretty disappointed. We tried other apps to make sure it wasn’t our device, tried goggle version and hand held version and nothing. 😕
Does not open
It takes whopping 851 mb to download the app . I have to clear lot of space of my phone to do that and once successfully downloaded , the app never opens on the phone 😞
Useless
It won’t even open so makes half the kit useless.. don’t waste your time or money and disappoint your kids with this crap

Amazing app
Very Happy With the App!
Very cool app. Had problems with sound not working but reached out to app support and they were very helpful despite my tone. Turns out my master volume was on silent. Felt like a noob on that one. 🙂 Suffices to say app and book work great. Highly recommended!!
No sound/can’t exit without closing app.
Overall disappointing. Could be a really cool app if it actually worked.
Crashes constantly
This was a gift and seemed like a very cool idea to get my kids to learn. However, the app is terrible and crashes or glitches within minutes or seconds of opening. The developers do not seem interested in providing updates to fix the problems. I have yet to see an update since getting this many months ago. Lots of other bad reviews and still not enough to get them fixing this. Don’t waste your money on this!

Crashes constantly
We have to return to the 4D Galaxy set because this app crashes constantly. My sun is super bummed. He couldn’t even get through any of the pages without it crashing.
