Jsem totálně naštvaná

Celý tok platím Profi účtenku , kvůli zjednodušení účetnictví a přehledu příjmů za rok . A jaké překvapení, kdy chci udělat uzávěrku a znát ročně příjem a aplikace tuto funkci nemá. Proč si tedy platím 399kc každý uh měsíc.

Od poslední aktualizace nejde dělat ucetni uzaverky, volit jednotliva obdobi po jednotlivych datech. Podpora pomalá odezva na placenou verzi.

Nefunkčnost a cena

Od zpoplatnění aplikace jsou neustále nějaké problémy. To, že z 0 Kč stojí 399 Kč je jeden extrém, ale kdyby aspoň fungovala. Pomalu každý měsíc řešíme nějaký problém, který nikdy neví, proč se to děje, nedokáží vám odpovědět a předávají problém vývojovém oddělení. Do té doby, než se problém “vyřeší”, tak nemůžete fungovat.

Nefunguje po zaplacení

Měla jsem nastavené automatické platby ale bohužel jsem tento měsíc aplikaci použila jen párkrát a teď mi to píše že mám poslední pokus na odložení… z účtu se mi peníze stáhly a úplně zbytečně jak se zdá… díky už nechci
