This company has been a good one to reimburse or to pay for and manage our employer’s IRS/SBS fund with it’s eligible services and products.
Can’t upload files
This app won’t upload files. They nit pick every single charge. Annoying.
I love this app- which says a lot for it being a practical need

So easy to use- gets these important things done and off my to do list. Also backed by excellent customer service when needed.

You can’t click the button to add an expense. Total trash.

New updates not working properly. Makes it harder to submit expenses.
Poorly designed and confusing
It has too many things lumped under the term “opportunities“ and it makes it difficult to navigate and find a specific claim that you want. Why can’t it just have a tab for claims, so you can see exactly what you need to send in receipts for? Apparently that would be too easy!

Doesn’t confirm that you submitted a receipt. Only allows a partial pic of the image and how do you access their “store”?
Big crashing problem
This app would be brilliant if it would stop crashing. It always has problems “connecting to the server”, Touch ID totally stops working when it’s time for an update and 9/10 times it crashes when I try to take a picture of my receipt in app. Or, even more annoying, if I take a picture before hand, it give me a squarely centered screen to load my receipt. What business in the world uses square paper?? Concept is great, execution is poor.

Overall this app can be convenient in being able to access the information on the go. However, we recently entered a new year and the balance still posts as if the funds from the previous year are available. If the amount is not available to be used, it shouldn’t show up.
SO FRUSTRATING
This app is ridiculous!! It does NOT work unless I’m connected to WiFi. Which makes no sense to me! I can not even check my balance on my health account at the doctor. Unless I ask for their WiFi password. It’s extremely frustrating that I can just use my regular cellular LTE data. I hate this app so much with a passion. It is useless.

If the point is to submit claims, it is a dismal failure.
Does not work as described
When I try to use a photo to submit a claim, the app closes. Needs work.

I like the convenience but I wish the payment updates oils be done through the apps.
Simple to use
I find this app extremely easy to use and effective for tracking my HSA.
Worse experience yet!!
The tool main purpose is to upload your claims or receipts. It will ask you to load as many as you want, but will keep only the last image! Very frustrating and sad experience. They acknowledged the issue. It has not been fixed since I last called and complained more than 6 months ago. Laughable!! What a customer service this company about?

Very hard to use and navigate. Uploading receipts has been difficult as well.
Does Not Work
This app does not allow me to login with my credentials. The same credentials work just fine from a web browser. App is worthless.
