Our application is an on-demand service request platform designed to connect customers with suitable service providers based on their specific needs, location, and availability. Unlike a marketplace or directory, the app does not allow users to browse or search for workers directly. Instead, it follows a structured request-based flow to ensure relevant and efficient service matching. How It Works Users log in to the application Users select a required service category (e.g., electrician, plumber, etc.) Users provide request details such as date, time, location, and additional notes Users submit the service request The system dynamically matches and presents available and suitable service providers Key Features Request-Based Matching Service providers are shown only after a valid service request is submitted No Browsing or Directory Access Users cannot search, view, or select workers independently Real-Time Availability Matching depends on dynamic factors such as provider availability, location, date, and time Personalized Dashboard Displays user-specific booking statuses such as: Pending requests Accepted bookings Ongoing services Why Login is Required Login is mandatory as it is essential to the core functionality of the application. The platform relies on user-specific data to: Display personalized booking information on the dashboard Manage and track service requests Enable communication between the customer and service team Provide assistance if no service provider is immediately available Without authentication, the system cannot provide meaningful functionality or display relevant content. Support & Service Fulfillment If a service request is not fulfilled automatically (e.g., no provider accepts the request), our operations team may directly assist the customer in finding a suitable service provider.
