Chat with a Profy & General App performance
A chat feature with a Profy would greatly benefit from better UI, as the sender’s and receiver’s messages appear on the same line and use the same colors, which is very confusing.
In addition, app performance could be improved, as live status updates are often slow.

Dont believe prices
The prices they are showing are not right, they will add 2 to 3 x more than what they will charge you.
Irresponsible company
Less than 1.5 months after the repair, the washing machine started having the same problem, for which a part was replaced. They did nothing after contacting them.

Cant login with facebook (wants me to connect to wifi, tho i am connected lol) and google is broken.

Highly high maintenance app service, need to chase them, cancellations, late arrivals, mediocre service…

Crashed on the last screen of order, filled everything again, then apple pay didn’t work, filled everything again then Payze payment screen pay button was not visible also SMS OTP code quick copy was not suggested because SMS format is bad, just needs to be fixed. I am loyal user of the application and hope my review will help you think more about quality.

Can’t pay with international card!
Terrible. Apparently you can’t pay with an international card and it didn’t mention this anywhere. I wasted my time for 30 mins trying different cards and browsers before I contacted support and they told me this. Very bad it isn’t mentioned anywhere.

5 დღის წინ გამოვიძახე ოსტატი, რომელმაც დამიმონტაჟა უნიტაზი, მონტაჟის შემდეგ არ შევამოწმეთ რადგან დრო ჭირდებოდა (როგორც მითხრეს).
გავიდა დრო და წყალიც გაუვიდა.
მივწერე მაშინვე, ჯერ ველოდე დარეკვაზე და რადგან ვინც შეაკეთა იმას არ ეცალა მე თვითონ ვთხოვე იქნებ სხვას დაერეკა და რჩევა მოეცა რა მექნა (წყალი გადავკეტე მაგრამ მაინც გამოდიოდა)
მეორე დღეს მოვიდა სხვა ოსტატი და შეამოწმა, მითხრა რომ გამოასწორა პრობლემა, მაგრამ საღამოს ისევ ამ მდგომარეობაში დამხვდა (როგორც აღმოჩნდა არც შეუმოწმებია)
მესამე დღეს როცა კიდევ სხვა მოვიდა, მითხრა გადასაგდებია ეს უნიტაზიო,
(3 დღის ნაყიდ ახალზე, რომელიც თვითონ დამიზიანეს)
პროფი ავირჩიე იმიტომ რომ კარგი მარკეტინგის უკან, ვიფიქრე იდგა გუნდი რომელიც დამეხმარებოდა.
ემპათია 0, როცა რემონტი გაქვს, ყველამ ვიცით რამხელა სირთულეები გვაქვს და სერვისში, რომელშიც ორმაგ ფასს იხდი ესე არ უნდა მოიქცნენ.

სერვისი კარგია, აპლიკაცია არა
სერვისი რომლითაც ვისარგებლე კარგი იყო, აპლიკაციას კი გაუმჯობესება სჭირდება. კარგ ხალხში ფულის გადახდა ნუ გეზარებათ.
